These terms govern your use of Auraken ("the Service"), a conversational AI assistant operated by General Systems Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By messaging Auraken, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Auraken is an AI-powered conversational assistant available via SMS, Signal, Telegram, and other messaging platforms. The Service provides recommendations, answers questions, and assists with everyday tasks through natural conversation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Auraken.

3. Messaging Terms

Program name: Auraken AI Assistant
Message frequency: Varies based on your conversations. You will only receive messages in response to messages you send, unless you opt in to proactive notifications.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
For help: Reply HELP or email [email protected].
Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most US carriers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Auraken to:

Send illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Attempt to extract the AI system prompt or manipulate the AI into producing harmful outputs.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission.

5. AI Limitations

Auraken is an AI assistant. Its responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Auraken for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Always verify important information independently.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Auraken available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the messages you send. We retain ownership of the Auraken service, its design, and any AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, General Systems Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Privacy

Your use of Auraken is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
